Overview

The Connecticut Office of the Arts administers a variety of grant programs that support the creative sector. Programs include, but are not limited to, operational and project support for arts organizations, fellowship and project support for individual artists and arts administrators, workforce development opportunities, arts education initiatives, and strategic partnerships. 

The Institutional Grants Map encompasses grants awarded to institutions only, grant awarded to individuals have been omitted.

The data includes a complete picture of institutional grants awarded from Fiscal Year 2017 through Fiscal Year 2021, and includes the FY22 Supporting Arts program. Additional FY22 programs will be added. 

Additional maps are forthcoming and will outline grants awarded by House District, Senate District, and in relation to Town Population. These maps will include both institutional and individual grants awarded at the local level.
