Consumer Protection Issues Summary Suspension for Two Thirteen Bar and Grill in West Haven

Consumer Protection Commissioner Bryan Cafferelli has signed a summary suspension of the liquor permit for Two Thirteen Bar and Grill (LCA.0008987), located at 213 Saw Mill Road in West Haven. The suspension was served on Monday, June 29.

Real Estate Wholesalers Required to Register with DCP, Disclose Wholesaler Status to Sellers

A new registration is required for real estate wholesalers, beginning July 1, 2026. Wholesalers are also now required to disclose that they are a wholesaler to a property’s original seller.
