HARTFORD — The Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) has issued a summary suspension of all credentials held by Los Bandoleros Inc, located at 717 Albany Avenue in Hartford.
Los Bandoleros holds three permits issued by the Department of Consumer Protection:
- Lottery Sales Agent License, LSA.119178, which authorizes the business to engage in lottery sales. The license was first issued by DCP on July 1, 2025, and is set to expire on March 31, 2026.
- Non-Legend Drug Permit, PME.11622, which authorizes the business to engage in the sale of non-legend drugs. The permit was first issued by DCP on March 4, 2025, and is set to expire on December 31, 2026
- Dealer of Electric Nicotine Delivery System or Vapor Product Registration, ECD.3894, which authorizes the sale of electronic nicotine delivery systems (e.g., vapes). The credential was first issued by DCP on March 4, 2025, and is set to expire on February 28, 2026.
This suspension is the result of an investigation conducted by DCP’s Liquor Control Division into a pending application, during which investigators learned about the arrest of employee Reymon Rojas’ arrest by the US Drug Enforcement Agency for narcotics trafficking and firearm possession offenses.
“During the DEA’s investigation, they uncovered illegal narcotics including fentanyl and distribution paraphernalia and a loaded firearm,” said DCP Commissioner Bryan T. Cafferelli. “Given these facts, it’s clear this premise is unsafe for the public and poses a clear threat to the community.”
All of Los Bandoleros’ credentials are suspended, effective immediately.
