Liquor Wholesaler-Warehouse Applications

This application is for the following permits:

  1. Wholesaler Permit for Liquor – Allows the bottling of finished spirits and wine on the premise.  Allows the wholesale sale of spirits and wine to retailers.
  2. Wholesaler Permit for Beer - Allows the bottling of finished beer on the premise.  Allows the wholesale sale of beer to retailers.
  3. Warehouse Bottling Permit - Allows the storage and bottling of alcoholic beverages in a bonded warehouse.
  4. Warehouse Storage Permit - Allows the storage of alcoholic beverages in a bonded warehouse.
    NOTE: If you want to distribute product, a wholesaler permit is necessary.  The warehouse permits are for storage; you cannot distribute products directly out of a warehouse to a retailer with a warehouse permit.


IMPORTANT:  Before you begin this application, you will need a federal basic permit and proof of filing a tax bond with the Department of Revenue Services.
