Renewal:  All telecommunications layout technician licenses expire biennially on September 30th.  Renewal Fee: $315.00.

Reinstatement:

• A license may be reinstated, provided a completed reinstatement application and all applicable fees are submitted not later than three (3) years after the date of expiration of the license.

• Please note, if your license has expired for more than three (3) years you must reapply. 

To complete the reinstatement online:

• If you have your User ID and Password, please go to www.elicense.ct.gov to access your account.
• You may request your User ID and Password by emailing the following information to dcp.online@ct.gov:

1. Name
2. License Type
3. License Number
4. Email Address
