Occupational Licenses Reapplication Information
- Reapplication is available to anyone who held a Connecticut Occupational Trade license that has been expired over 3 years. You must reapply and retest.
- If you reapply for the same license type, you do not need to resubmit the same qualifying documentation that is already on file.
- If your expired license was as a journeyperson license and you held that license for more than 2 years, you may be eligible for the contractor license exam in the same category.
- Reapplication is available to anyone who has an approved application on file that is over one year, has expired, and you are seeking another year of exam eligibility.
- If you reapply for the same license type, you do not need to resubmit the same qualifying documentation that is already on file.

- If you have your User ID and Password, please go to www.elicense.ct.gov to access your account.
- You may request your User ID and Password by emailing the following information to dcp.online@ct.gov:
- Name
