Yes. A waiver can be granted if the waiver is in writing, on the charity’s letterhead, provides the reason for the request, and is sent prior to the expiration date of your registration.
Waiver requests can be sent to DCP's Public Charities Unit at: dcp.publiccharities@ct.gov Waivers will not be granted for two consecutive renewal cycles.
