In October 2023, the Boston Consulting Group and the CT Opportunity Project published a report to provide visibility on the issue of at-risk and disconnected young people (DR-0043, "Connecticut's Unspoken Crisis").
Since the report’s publication, there has been growing public interest across Connecticut in this issue, and the General Assembly has mandated P20 WIN to replicate the report on an annual basis (PA 24-45, Sec. 22), starting Jan 1, 2025. This request fulfills the first annual refresh of the 2023 report.
