Present:  Michelle Baughman, Chuck Bergamo, Committee Chair;  Adriano Cirioli, III, Committee Vice-Chair; Doris Maldonado Mendez, Council Vice Chair; Tara Viens

Staff:  Walter Glomb, Council Director

  1. Call to Order with Quorum:The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. There was no public present at the meeting, so the Committee moved on to the next agenda item.

     

  2. Approval of Agenda:Andy Cirioli, Committee Vice-Chair, motioned to approve the agenda. The motion was seconded by Doris Maldonado Mendez, Council Vice Chair. Agenda was approved.

     

  3. Approval of Minutes:Doris Maldonado-Melendez, Council Vice Chair, motioned to approve the minutes from Friday, January 7, 2022. The motion was seconded by Andy Cirioli, Committee Vice-Chair. The minutes were approved.

     

  4. Motion to Move to Executive Session to Discuss Grant Applications:Chuck Bergamo, Committee Chair, motioned to move to Executive Session. Michelle Baughman seconded the motion.

     

  5. Adjournment:Chuck Bergamo, Committee Chair, made a motion to leave Executive Session. Michelle Baughman seconded the motion. Chuck Bergamo, Committee Chair, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Doris Maldonado Mendez, Council Vice Chair, seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 12:45 p.m.
