The committee convened at 11:45 a.m.

  
James Hexter moved to approve the People First proposal.  Patty seconded the motion.
The committee reviewed the email dated February 5 from Larissa Podermanski to Shelagh McClure the proposal committee that outlined the request for additional information.  The committee discussed the proposed proposal.    Linda and Walt shared People First needs to secure a location for the Statewide conference and cannot move forward without funding.  The committee still feels the goals of the leadership retreat are not clearly spelled out. 
James proposed to amend the motion to approve $11,825 for the transportation assistance and the Statewide Conference outlined in the People First Proposal.  The committee will hold off on approving funds for the leadership retreat until the agenda, goals and objectives for the training can be established.  The proposal committee requests additional information by May 1, 2018.   The amended proposal was seconded by Megan.   All were in favor of the amended proposal with no abstentions. 
James motioned to adjourn and Megan seconded.  The committee adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
