The meeting was called to order at 2:38. The following members were present: Shelagh McClure, Chair; Chris Blake, Vice-Chair; Alicia Kucharczyk; Ann Gionet; Kevin Daly; Patricia Richardson.
 
Shelagh explained that there was a need to move the Public Forum, scheduled for the March 13 meeting, to the May 8 meeting. Ann Gionet moved that date for the Public Forum be changed from March 13 to May 8; Alicia Kucharzyk seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
 
Kevin Daly moved to adjourn the meeting and Patricia Richardson seconded the motion; it was passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2:43.
