Request for Proposal for Services

The State of Connecticut, Connecticut Siting Council (Council), in the United States is seeking proposals to provide certain consulting services in matters related to developing a wireless telecommunications network design for coverage in specified areas within the State of Connecticut.

The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to assist the Council in the technical analysis and evaluation of existing wireless telecommunications services and coverages in specific areas and create a design plan for future wireless telecommunications coverage needs and gaps taking into consideration projections of future demand and technology within a stated timeframe.
