Transmission Contacts for Telcom

One of the Connecticut Siting Council responsibilities is to encourage the sharing of telecommunications towers in order to avoid their unnecessary proliferation. Another means of curbing the construction of telecommunications towers is to place antennas on existing structures. This can be seen throughout Connecticut on rooftops, church steeples, water tanks, and transmission line structures.

Below is a Connecticut Map which reflects individual service areas.  The legend below the map provides an e-mail address to an electric service representative knowledgeable to discuss the availability of transmission structures for wireless antennas.
