PETITION NO. 1718 – Greenskies Clean Energy, LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the construction, maintenance and operation of a 3.75-megawatt AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility and associated equipment on three parcels (Parcel Nos. 52-013-2, 52-017-A and 52-017-1) located east of State Route 9 and west of Cedar Lake Road near the intersection with Turkey Hill Road, Haddam, Connecticut, and associated electrical interconnection.
