PETITION NO. 1707 – The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the 680 Line Partial Rebuild Project consisting of: (a) replacement and reconductoring of electric transmission line structures along approximately 0.3 miles of its existing 69-kilovolt (kV) 680 Line right-of-way between Black Rock Substation and Burritt Substation in New Britain, Connecticut; (b) installation of temporary backup generation at Burritt Substation; and (c) related substation and electric transmission line structure improvements.
