PETITION NO. 1683 – Greenskies Clean Energy LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the construction, maintenance and operation of a 2.75-megawatt AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility and associated equipment located on one parcel (Parcel No. 079-015) northwest of the intersection of Quassapaug Road and Artillery Road, Woodbury, Connecticut, and associated electrical interconnection.
