Change in 2025 W2 Processing and Availability

2025 W2’s will be made available electronically by mid-January 2026 and printed W2’s will be mailed out by January 31st 2026.

This change is reflective of when we are receiving W2 year-end updates from Oracle and to allow the year end teams more time to complete year end processing tasks.

A Daily mail, as well as a notification sent from Statewide Payroll & Time Management Division (SPTM), will go out in mid-January to alert the release of the 2025 W2’s.
