The Office of Public Hearings is located at 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, CT  06103.

Due to the prohibition on ex parte communications, no party to a case may speak directly to a human rights referee outside the presence of all the other parties.

However, you may contact the administrative office of the Office Public Hearings between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, (except state holidays) as follows:
