Flanagan Scholarship Application
Andrew J. Flanagan Memorial Scholarship
This Scholarship program was established in 1974 by the Connecticut State Firefighters' Association, the Connecticut Fire Chiefs' Association, the Connecticut Fire Marshals' Association, and the Connecticut Fire Department Instructors' Association to honor the memory of Andrew J. Flanagan.
Consideration for the Flanagan Memorial Fund Scholarships is given to any firefighter, career or volunteer, enrolled in college level fire related courses either full or part time, and are awarded at the successful completion of the 1st semester.
