Archdiocese of Hartford Fifth Annual Blue Mass – Request for Information
The Archdiocese of Hartford’s Fifth Annual Blue Mass in honor of all active and retired fire, police, DOC and EMS personnel will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph in Hartford, CT. Visit www.archdioceseofhartford.org. Please post the attached poster in your fire stations and encourage participation.
Fire Chiefs or their representative are asked to contact Stephanie Bryant via email: Stephanie.bryant@ct.gov with the name(s) of any active firefighter(s) that passed away from April 1, 2012 to the present as well as the name of any firefighter Line of Duty Deaths your department sustained. This information is requested no later than noon on Thursday, March 28th. In addition, contact information, address & phone number, for the next of kin of each deceased firefighter is requested so the family may be sent an invitation to participate in the Blue Mass. All fire, police, DOC, EMS and Public Safety Personnel are invited. Dress Uniform Preferred. Please note: No Apparatus.
