Entire 2021 Fire Training Calendar

 

The 2021 Training Calendar is here!  The Connecticut Fire Academy's 2021 Training Calendar is now available online.  This represents a number of scheduled courses throughout the state for the upcoming year. 

 

we are encouraging all students to use our online system to register for all courses.  Go to the website (https://ctlms-cfa.ct.gov) to register.  The paper application forms used in past years are not included in the 2021 Calendar.  If you must use a paper application, download the application here.  

 

CPAT 5 Day/CPAT Special Session

CPAT 5 Day/CPAT Special Session do not require permission form(s). Simply enroll in the class you would like to attend. You may use credit card, debit card or Paypal. Purchase Orders for CPAT classes are not currently being accepted.

To enroll online using a credit card, debit card or paypal:
Step 1: Peruse the catalog and enroll in your classes (see how to video to find your classes.)
Step 2: Fill out and submit the form 2021 Connecticut Fire Academy Courses Application.
Step 3: You will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of the above form within 3 business days upon receipt of the completed application.
Step 4: Once accepted you will receive an email confirming your class enrollment with details.

To enroll using a purchase order (PO)/Host Seat:
Step 1: Peruse the catalog and note your class choices. DO NOT ENROLL
Step 2: Fill out and submit the form 2021 Connecticut Fire Academy Courses Application.

        Note: PO's must contain the purchase order number.

Step 3: You will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of the above form within 3 business days upon receipt of the completed application.

Remember that some courses fill up quickly, especially Fire Service Instructor and Fire officer courses, so sign up soon to reserve your spot.  Plan your training for the upcoming year!

Also, note that the courses shown on the calendar only represent some of the course offerings from CFA.  As always, contact a Program Manager to schedule training for your department.
