Get Involved

Be Part of the Foundation

Building a stronger Connecticut workforce requires a collective, cross-sector effort. As we expand our talent marketplace, we are laying the foundation to connect forward-thinking employers, educational institutions, training providers, and community-based organizations (CBOs) in one unified ecosystem.

For Training Providers & CBOs: Showcase your programs, expand your reach to interested Connecticut residents, and align your curriculum with regional workforce needs.

For Employers: Be the first to post opportunities and find skilled talent as soon as the portal goes live. Secure priority access to hiring and talent-matching features.

Want to get involved before the official launch? Reach out to our team today to discuss partnership opportunities, pilot programs, and how your organization can help shape the future of Connecticut's workforce.

Connect With a Regional Sector Partnership (RSP) Today

While the full employer portal launch is right around the corner, we invite employers to start by engaging with a local Regional Sector Partnership (RSP).

Driven by industry leadership and supported by the Connecticut Office of Workforce Strategy (OWS), these regional partnerships bring employers together by sector to:

  • Collaborate Locally: Coordinate directly with local schools, training providers, and community organizations to address systemic talent needs.
  • Align Training & Pipelines: Help design and inform education and training programs so they align with real-world business requirements and skill demands.
  • Expand Work-Based Learning: Provide valuable hands-on learning opportunities that include career awareness activities, internships, and pre-apprenticeships while championing skills-first hiring.
  • Want to connect with your local partnership right now? Review industry sectors, local contacts, and learn more about how to participate directly through the official Regional Sector Partnership FAQ page.
