Medical marijuana products can be purchased by qualifying patients and caregivers registered with the Medical Marijuana Program. The monthly allotment for qualifying patients is 5.0 ounces of cannabis flower or its equivalent. Medical marijuana and adult-use cannabis products purchased at dispensary facilities and hybrid retailers by qualifying patients and caregivers are not taxed.
