A licensed food and beverage manufacturer may incorporate cannabis into foods or beverages as an ingredient. Licensed food and beverage manufacturers may not sell directly to consumers or qualifying patients or caregivers, and may only sell, transfer or transport its own products to licensed cannabis establishments, laboratories or research programs.
