The appellant’s attorney, Ralph D. Sherman, appeared before the Board on behalf of his cleint. He informed the Board and provided proof that his client was ill. In agreement with a representative of the local Issuing Authority, Southington Police Department, Mr. Pepe was granted a continuance to July 14, 2011.

An agreement was reached between the appellant, Mr. Klotsche, and the local Issuing Authority represented by Sgt. Mark Kirschner to issue a temporary permit by May 15, 2011 or earlier, once the appellant provides a copy of his employer’s drug testing policy.
