Get Acrobat Reader To view and print documents in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), download the FREE Acrobat Reader and install it on your computer. 

Forms can be filled out online and saved to your computer but they must be printed and signed before they are mailed back to the Teachers' Retirement Board.  Do not submit these forms electronically, since a written signature is required.  

Access.adobe.com provides resources designed to help people with visual disabilities access to documents in the Adobe Portable Document Format.

Visually impaired users who employ the use of screen readers may also access the documents on our website in an accessible MS Word version.  In order to download the document in MS Word, simply click on the link to the PDF document, change the .pdf in your browser's address bar to .doc and hit the Enter button on your keyboard.
