Connecticut law requires all business entities – including Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships, and Limited Liability Partnerships – to file annual reports.  This provides an opportunity to correct your business information on file with the Office, including changes to your businesses members/managers, officers, or directors.

Online filing of annual reports is mandatory unless you request a waiver.  Failure to file annual reports subjects the business entity to possible administrative dissolution and will prevent you from obtaining a Certificate of Legal Existence (Good Standing) for the business.
