Ryan Burns Executive Director and General Counsel
The Commission currently has a permanent, full-time staff of thirty-six headed by the Executive Director and General Counsel. Over one hundred investigations are conducted each year, over three thousand compliance questions are answered, and over eight thousand committee filings are submitted through our eCRIS online filing system. Commission staff also administers the landmark Citizens' Election Program, which provides clean election grants to candidates running for Statewide and General Assembly offices. SEEC staff regularly conducts training sessions for candidates, campaign treasurers and others concerning campaign finance requirements.
