Participating Districts
Since the Seal of Biliteracy initiative began in Connecticut in 2017-2018, the number of participating districts has grown annually. In the 2020-2021 school year, 58 districts reported implementing the Seal. These school districts include:

Spotlight on Districts Honoring Linguistic Diversity
Each year, there are some districts that award many Seals of Biliteracy. Last year, there were 13 districts that awarded over 100 Seals! Those include: Darien, Fairfield, Glastonbury, Greenwich, Hartford, New Britain, New Canaan, Norwalk, Ridgefield, Stamford, West Hartford, Westport and Wilton.
