January 19, 2022, Meeting Update Notification: The January 19, 2022, Connecticut State Board of Education meeting will be held at 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, at 9:30 a.m. The wearing of masks is required of all persons entering 450 Columbus Boulevard, as well as during the meeting. Have questions about the application process? We’re here for you! You can email us, call us by phone, or schedule an in-person meeting.  We also have created helpful resources to assist you through this process.  In addition to regular hours during the day, several of our application assistance sites have extended hours into the evening and on the weekend.  Please refer to the lists below for hours at our various application assistance sites.   

Attend an Application Assistance Event 

Email: Email RSCO at rsco.sde@ct.gov and a member of our staff will respond to your question as quickly as possible. You can also send us a message through the dashboard in your online application.

Call: Call RSCO at 860-713-6990 during our office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If we miss your call, please leave a message and our staff will return your call during office hours. RSCO representatives speak Spanish and use an interpretation service that provides assistance for hundreds of other languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Karen, Korean, Nepalese, Polish, Portuguese, Serbo-Croatian, Tamil, and Vietnamese.
