Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the best interest of the health and safety of all persons, the Psychiatric Security Review Board hearings for June 12, 2020 will be held online, through Zoom, a video conference platform.

If you wish to attend the hearing, you must submit an email address in order to receive a link to the hearing, per the directions below:  

  1. Email your email address to Ellen.lachance@ct.gov no later than Thursday, June 11, 2020, 5:00 PM
  2. A link to attend the hearing from Court Reporters will be emailed to the address submitted
  3. To join the hearing, click on the email link from any computer, tablet or smartphone.  A desktop or laptop with camera and speaker is preferable.  You do not need to download the Zoom app in order to attend the hearing
