Governor Lamont Releases June Bond Commission Agenda
(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Ned Lamont today released the agenda for the upcoming meeting of the State Bond Commission, which includes critical funding for initiatives such as local bridge repairs, clean water and drinking water programs, key housing programs, and minority business assistance programs.
The meeting is the second since Governor Lamont took office earlier this year. It will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the Legislative Office Building in Hartford.
“I am committed to ensuring that critical investments are prioritized and made efficiently and effectively with state taxpayer dollars while living within our means,” Governor Lamont said. “Programs funded on this agenda represent a significant investment in economic development, transportation, housing, and environmental issues – all of which contribute to making our state a great place to live, learn, work, and grow.”
