The Guidebook is a resource tool for use by Connecticut Revaluation Employees and Companies. The Revaluation Guidebook contains: a question and answer section on the Program; information on certification requirements, examination waivers and temporary certification; outlines of topics covered under each of the four types of examinations; recommended study materials; applicable sections of state statutes and regulations, and; copies of all required forms and application for both initial certification as well as recertification.
A list of individuals who are certified by the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) to perform revaluations for assessment purposes for municipalities in Connecticut is available. Certification expires on April 30th of the expiration year listed. In order to be recertified, individuals must apply prior to expiration of their existing certification.
