(MUNICIPAL PROGRAM)

 

  • Compliance and Reporting State, territorial, metropolitan city, county, Tribal governments, and Non-Entitlement Units that receive funding from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Programs are required to meet compliance and reporting responsibilities.

NEU and Non-UGLG Agreements and Supporting Documents User Guide The guide provides instructions to

Non-entitlement units of local government (NEUs) and units of general local government within counties that are not units of general local government (Non-UGLG) on setting accounts, assigning reporting roles, and providing required documentation to Treasury. The guide also addresses reporting basics and designating SLFRF points of contact.
