Civil Rights Discrimination Complaint Procedure for Grants Funded by DOJ
The purpose of these policies is to establish (1) procedures regarding complaints of discrimination by clients, customers, program
participants or consumers against a sub-recipient funded by a Department of Justice (DOJ) grant and (2) procedures regarding
complaints of discrimination by employees against a sub-recipient funded by a Department of Justice (DOJ) grant.

The CJIS Governing Board is co-chaired by the OPM Under Secretary Mike Lawlor and Patrick L. Carroll, III, Judge, Chief Court Administrator
and comprised of the criminal justice agencies; its membership and responsibilities were expanded with January Special Session, Public Act No. 08-1.
