Executive Order 9
Allows certain family child care providers who receive subsidies through the Care 4 Kids program run by the Department of Social Services to elect a "majority representative" to have non-binding discussions with DSS.
Executive Order 8
Terminates the Declaration of Civil Preparedness Emergency signed by Governor Malloy on August 25, 2011 in response to Hurricane Irene and also rescinds his Executive Orders No. 6 and 7.
