Health Care Options
When you are accepted into HUSKY, you will be asked to enroll in one of our participating health insurers - Aetna Better Health, AmeriChoice by Unitedhealthcare, Community Health Network of Connecticut, or our Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) pilot program –to coordinate your health care benefits.
In order to choose from the member health insurers, locate participating physicians, hospitals and community health centers, and get a copy of a member handbook with detailed information on the plan, please visit the individual websites or call their customer service numbers listed below.

Primary Care Case Management (PCCM)
Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) is a pilot program that is currently open to patients of certain doctors in the Waterbury and Willimantic areas. If you are already in PCCM and have questions, you should call your primary care provider. If they are unable to help you, call HUSKY at 1-877-284-8759(1-877-CT-HUSKY).
