     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on January 25, 2013, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared, and the complainants presented some of their testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.
     At the suggestion of the hearing officer and with the consent of the parties, the case was continued to allow the complainants an opportunity to review the records that were provided to them by the respondents at the start of the January 25, 2013 contested case hearing.  It was further agreed that at the continued hearing the complainants would have an opportunity to present additional evidence if necessary, and the respondents would present their case.  The contested case hearing was continued to March 5, 2013. 
     By email correspondence dated and filed March 4, 2013, the complainants withdrew their complaint.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1. Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
     2. The Commission commends the parties on having worked so diligently on the resolution of this case.
