The above-captioned matter was heard as contested case on November 29, 2011, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony and argument on the complaint.
Based upon the sworn testimony, the complainant stated that she wished to withdraw her complaint. The respondents agreed to provide additional records, not the subject of this complaint, to the complainant. The Commission agreed to provide a copy of the recording of the hearing to the complainant.
The Commission recommends the following orders on the basis of the record:
1. Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
2. The Commission commends the parties for establishing a constructive dialogue which facilitated the settlement.
