The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on October 17, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.
After consideration of the entire record, the following facts are found:
1. By letter filed with this Commission on August 7, 1978, the complainant alleged that the respondents had denied its July 27, 1978 request to inspect or copy certain records.
2. After a full hearing on this matter, the complainant filed a letter with the Commission on October 26, 1978, notifying the Commission that it had been able to resolve this matter with the respondents to its full satisfaction.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
