On January 9, 1976, at 8:00 a.m. I, designated hearing officer for the above case, received a telephone call from the complainant, Steven J. Perruccio, requesting cancellation of the hearing scheduled for January 12, 1976 at 2:00 p.m.  Mr. Perruccio has resolved his complaint and problem through conference with the Deputy Commissioner of Finance and Control.
I, therefore, recommend, dismissal of this complaint.
