     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 24, 2014, and January 7, 2015, at which times the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  For purposes of hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2014-147, Marissa Lowthert v. Superintendent of Schools, Wilton Public Schools; and Wilton Public Schools and Docket #FIC 2014-148, Marissa Lowthert v. Superintendent of Schools, Wilton Public Schools; and Wilton Public Schools
     By email dated February 2, 2015, the complainant stated that she wished to withdraw her complaint in Docket #FIC 2014-160.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the withdrawal of the above-captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
