The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 25, 2014, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared.  Following a preliminary introduction of the case and review of the hearing procedures on the record, the parties agreed to hold an off the record settlement conference without the presence of the hearing officer.  After the settlement conference, the complainant and the respondents informed the Commission that they had settled the complaint in this matter.  In consideration of such settlement, the complainant withdrew the complaint. 

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.

     2.  The Commission commends the parties on having reached a settlement in this matter without full adjudication.
