Special Notice to Non-English Speaking Individuals and Families

Some of the families and individuals DSS serves speak little or no English. To address the needs of these families DSS has contracted with Language Link Services to provide over the phone interpretation for our individuals and their families to bridge the communication gap.

Individuals and families with little or no English speaking skills may call DSS to connect with a staff member, and quickly be connected to a two-way conversation with an interpreter. Please contact the DSS staff member you work with to learn more about this service.
