Real Estate Conveyance Tax Electronic Filing

Grantor/Seller or their authorized representative (submitter), can file a Real Estate Conveyance Tax Return using electronic Real Estate Conveyance (e-REC) application or, filing paper form OP-236.

The e-REC application allows you to electronically file and pay the Real Estate Conveyance Return, Form OP-236. e-REC is a convenient, secure and easy to use application that is free to use.

Residential Properties greater than $2.5 Million

IMPORTANT NOTE TO SUBMITTERS: Please be advised the e-REC on-line application currently does not support conveyance of residential properties with consideration greater than $2.5 Million. Those returns will be required to be mailed in.
