Your User ID was established on a prior visit to the Taxpayer Service Center (TSC). DRS recommended using a User ID that you will remember, such as the user's last name and first initial.
The password is case sensitive and six through ten characters long and contains at least two (2) of the following three (3) character types: letters; numbers; special characters.  If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link to answer the two questions you selected when you originally created your profile.
If you have problems logging in, contact the person in your business who is assigned the duties of TSC Administrator. That person can assist you if you cannot access the TSC. 
If you are a bulk filer who cannot access the TSC, contact the Electronic Commerce Unit at 860-297-4973 during business hours.
