DRS myconneCT Mail Insert

Certain taxpayers who receive mail from the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (DRS) in coming weeks should note the inclusion of an insert about myconneCT.

This is one component of a larger communications effort to reach audiences about the agency's multi-year modernization initiative, designed to improve internal systems and make filing taxes simpler and more efficient for the public.

For certain taxpayers this May, one of the most visible changes will be a transition from the current Taxpayer Service Center, or TSC, to myconneCT, the new and mobile device-friendly DRS portal where taxpayers will file state returns, make payments, and view their filing histories. New taxes will be added to myconneCT each year. Roll-out One taxes include sales and use/business use, withholding, and other similar taxes, generally impacting business and bulk filers.
