Online Tax Filing Available Tuesday, January 21, 2020

The State of Connecticut's online Taxpayer Service Center (TSC), a free and secure filing option administered by the Department of Revenue Services, will begin accepting individual income tax returns electronically on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has previously announced it will launch the Modernized e-File Federal/State Filing (MeF) program for individual filers on Monday, January 27, 2020.

The deadline to file a state income tax return in Connecticut is Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
