Refund Protection Problems Page

If you experienced problems with verifying your identity or were unable to complete the questionnaire then you must provide the following items:

  • Copy of Driver's License (or State Issued ID or passport)
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Last Pay Stub (from the tax year you are filing for)
  • Any W-2 received from an employer

NOTE: Once the paperwork is received it will be reviewed in the order received and you will be notified if additional information may be needed or we will process the refund. The process can take 10-12 days to complete.
