Requesting Copies of Previously Filed Returns

Business and Income Tax Returns: You may request a copy of a previously-filed Connecticut business or income tax return from DRS by completing Form LGL-002, Request for Disclosure of Tax Return or Tax Return Information. You can usually expect to receive your copy in approximately three weeks.

To submit LGL-002 through a secure message in myconneCT:

  • Log into myconneCT.
  • Open the More… menu.
  • Locate the Correspondence group and click the Send a Message link.
  • Select the account, period, message area (e.g. account, return, refund), and category.
  • Enter the subject and message. You can also add attachments to your message.
